1. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change! Please let us know at least 7 days before your child’s first class of the term or half term - whichever you’ve booked - if you need to cancel to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds aren’t available for missed classes or cancellations after the first session has started
If your child misses a class, they are most welcome to make it up by joining another session.
On rare occasions, we might need to cancel or reschedule classes because of unforeseen circumstances. When this happens, we’ll always offer you a refund, class credit, or a new date.
2. Health & Safety
Your child’s safety is very important to us! Please let us know about any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs before your child starts classes at Woolwich Dance Space so we can provide the best care and support to them.
We ask parents/carers to make sure their child is feeling well and ready to join in.
3. Liability
We take every care to create a safe and welcoming space for your child. However, as with any physical activity, there is a small risk of injury, so participation is at your own risk.
Please rest assured that Woolwich Dance Space holds Public Liability Insurance to provide additional protection and support everyone’s safety.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to or left at Tramshed. However, if your child leaves something behind after class, it will most likely be kept safely at Tramshed’s office or in their lost property.

We’re proud of the community atmosphere everyone helps create here. Thank you for encouraging your child to continue being kind and considerate to Woolwich Dance Space & Tramshed staff, as well as to fellow dancers.
